Dr Becky Harris

Becky Harris is a very experienced GP having qualified over 25 years ago and has been working as a private GP in Leeds since 2018. She holds additional diplomas in child health, obstetrics and gynaecology and in sexual and reproductive health and has a wide range of experience in all aspects of general practice including men’s health, mental health and wellbeing, health screening and prevention of future health problems including the treatment of obesity with weight loss injections.

She trained to be a menopause specialist when she suffered a very symptomatic menopause herself and is now a British Menopause Society accredited menopause specialist treating not only menopausal women but also women affected by other hormonal problems such as PCOS and PMDD and women following a breast cancer diagnosis.

She finds her work as a GP and as a menopause specialist incredibly rewarding and adopts a caring and understanding patient centred approach made possible by offering half hour long consultations.

She firmly believes that all patients benefit from time spent looking at not only their current problem but at their health as a whole so that help and advice can be specifically tailored to the individual patient.
