LivingCare works in partnership with JIVA Fertility to provide a range of expert fertility services. Together, we help patients navigate their fertility journey by combining clinical excellence with compassionate support.
Our services are designed for couples/individuals wishing to conceive, those seeking fertility preservation (egg freezing), individuals experiencing recurrent miscarriage, individuals with reproductive health conditions such as PCOS, fibroids, endometriosis, ovarian cysts affecting fertility, men with fertility concerns, and anyone seeking fertility optimisation advice.
Using state-of-the-art diagnostic technology and evidence-based treatments, our consultant-led team delivers personalised care plans to address your specific needs.
Our comprehensive fertility services include:
Fertility: Comprehensive fertility assessment to personalised solutions supporting your journey towards parenthood, including diagnostic testing and tailored treatment plans such as ovulation induction, IUI, IVF/ICSI and egg freezing, some of which will be on a satellite basis with other IVF centres in the region.
Reproductive Surgery: Advice on surgical treatments for gynaecology conditions affecting fertility, to optimise natural fertility or prepare for fertility treatment. The surgical procedures will be performed by our consultants in other hospitals locally where facilities for advanced surgical treatment are in place.
Recurrent Miscarriage: Expert evaluation of possible reasons for recurrent miscarriage and specialised care for pregnancy loss prevention, with ongoing monitoring and support.
Gynaecology Services: Specialised treatments for various benign gynaecological conditions (except prolapse) that may affect fertility, providing targeted interventions and solutions.


No GP referral is needed. You canself-refer directly to our fertility service by telephone or by completing anonline referral form. Our team will contact you before to check for the appropriateness of your appointment.
We offer a flexible service six days perweek. Appointments are typically available very shortly after your initialenquiry.
Your journey begins with consultation and evaluation, followed by personalised diagnostic testing and treatment planning. Our team provides ongoing support throughout your fertility journey.
Our fertility services are available on a self-pay basis only.

Attend Your Appointment
Attend your appointment at your chosen time, either virtually or in person, with one of our highly qualified consultants. If your appointment requires a written report, this will be prepared and sent to you within 48 hours.
Aftercare and Follow-Up
If you need any further tests, treatment or follow-up, we will help arrange these for you. If you require a copy of your report or images, please let us know and we will send these promptly.

If using medical insurance, contact your provider to confirm coverage for all treatment stages before your first appointment. You’ll need a referral letter from your GP for a private procedure at The LivingCare Group. Once you have it, either you or your GP can book your first appointment with us.
