The Advanced Male Reproductive Health Assessment Package is for men who need further investigations into abnormalities.
This package is for men who have previously had a semen analysis which showed severe sperm abnormality or azoospermia (no sperm in the sample). These investigations help identify potential causes of the abnormality. Our specialists can discuss appropriate management and implications for future children you conceive through fertility treatments. Please note that in many patients, we are unable to find an exact cause for the abnormality.
At least two weeks before your consultation, you should complete the following tests at Living Care in Leeds or at home. Our team will arrange these for a time that suits you. These tests are:

If you need any further tests, treatment or follow-up, we will help arrange these for you. If you require a copy of your report or images, please let us know and we will send these promptly.
