Mr Winson Wong

Mr Winson Wong completed undergraduate training at Leeds Medical School, with subsequent ENT specialist training in Yorkshire. He was awarded a prestigious National Training Interface Fellowship in head and neck surgical oncology. He supplemented his head and neck training with an observership at Prince of Wales Hospital, Hong Kong, and the Royal Marsden Hospital, London.

Winson was appointed as a substantive Consultant at Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust in 2018. He is committed to teaching and is the training lead for the department. He is passionate about innovation and research. Winson is the transoral robotic lead for his hospital, as well as being involved in a number of translational research projects. He is the co-author of the Oropharyngeal Cancer section in the 2024 UK Head and Neck Cancer Management Guideline.

His special interests are benign and malignancy(cancer) lump/condition in the head and neck, and he also provides general ENT services.
