Her academic credentials include a BSc (Hons) in Dietetics & Nutritional Science from Harokopio University in Athens and an MSc in Nutrition from King's College London. Maria offers authoritative nutritional guidance tailored to each individual's fertility journey. Her approach integrates principles of intuitive eating with targeted nutritional strategies that can positively influence reproductive health.

Maria's extensive clinical experience includes her current role as a Clinical Lead in Eating Disorders within the NHS, alongside her international private practice. She has particular expertise in helping clients establish balanced nutritional habits supporting physical and psychological wellbeing – factors seen as increasingly crucial in fertility outcomes.
