PATIENT PATHWAY
Step 1
Patient contacts our team with a brief description of their symptoms. All responses are addressed within 2 hours of the enquiry and will be answered within the hours of 8am - 5pm between Monday and Friday.
Step 2
Within 48 hours, our private services team will then book an appointment at a convenient time for you. This can be a face to face or telephone appointment with our private GP's, Dr Feldman, Dr Singh, or Dr Rashid.
Step 3
The patient will then attend our Thorpe Park Clinic or receive a call from our GP's on the specified date and time. During the appointment our GP is able to provide private prescriptions and internal referrals to other departments if necessary, e.g., Gastroenterology or MRI.
Step 4
If required, our private services team will assist you in booking nay further appointments or follow ups needed.
