We are looking for some new members to join our central patient services team. Our team handle all patient queries, administration and patient test results.
Due to our continued growth we are looking for new team members.
Our team is based at Thorpe Park, Colton, Leeds, LS15 8GB. The office is opposite The Springs and offers a range of post work activity, great connections into the city centre and there will be future opportunities for career progression.
The team is busy dealing with patient queries about their healthcare, working with stakeholders across the healthcare system and managing administration of patients.
It involved call handling, live chat and social media responses.
The team do know how to have fun, they pull together when its busy and they enjoy the successes they achieve.

The offer:
Shifts will be 10am to 6pm or 10 am to 2pm.
Pay is £8.50 per hour, with a monthly bonus of upto £300
