After experiencing phases of limited movement caused by injury or illness, individuals might encounter decreased mobility and overall physical decline. This can make it challenging to regain their former level of independence and fitness. Our team of physiotherapists are adept at recognising the factors constraining mobility. They can create personalised routines aimed at enhancing muscle strength, endurance, and balance to help individuals recover.
Osteopathy presents a comprehensive approach to healthcare, emphasising the intricate connection between your body's structure and functionality. Through gentle manipulation and tissue massage of muscles and joints, the objective is to reinstate the body's self-restorative mechanisms aimed at pain alleviation, enhanced physical mobility, optimised posture, and stress mitigation.
This comprehensive approach starts with an initial discussion to determine what services may be required. Within the initial conversation, an evaluation of physical, mental and emotional well-being will occur, aiming to enhance patient wellbeing by setting personalised goals. Our experienced team will then liaise with various healthcare providers to offer valuable support in the situations presented.
