Trucheck is a simple blood test used to help you find cancers early before symptoms show. Finding cancer early can significantly improve your chances of beating cancer. Trucheck looks for Circulating Tumour Cells and their clusters in blood, which malignant tumours release. These cells are the main reason cancer eventually spreads in the body.
You can consider using Trucheck if you currently have no signs of cancer but want to understand if you are currently suffering from cancer. You may have a higher risk due to factors such as age, family history, profession, or lifestyle.
You can receive this treatment at any one of the locations below.
Patient contacts our team with a brief description of their symptoms. All responses are addressed within 2 hours of the enquiry and will be answered within the hours of 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
If you are over the age of 40 with no previous cancer diagnosis, we will book you in for a pre-consultation telephone appointment with our GP. At this stage, the full amount of £1300 will be required to continue with the process. This can be paid through a payment link or over the telephone with our private services team.
Following the pre-consultation call, it will be determined whether you are suitable to have test. A full refund will be issued if unsuitable to proceed. You will then attend the blood test appointment at Thorpe Park Clinic to get your sample. This will be Monday to Thursday between 8am-4pm. No bookings will be made on Friday.
After your appointment, the. blood sample and forms will be sent back to the laboratory for analysis. Results are typically returned within 2-3 weeks (12 working days is stated by the lab from receipt of the sample).
A follow up telephone consultation with the GP will be booked to discuss your results if necessary.

New in the UK, this test is revolutionising the ability to detect cancer at the earliest stages. A non-invasive procedure requires a simple blood test appointment at our LivingCare Clinic to draw a small sample from a vein in your arm. The sample is then analysed at a leading UK laboratory to detect the existence of CTCs and therefore to determine whether you have any cancers currently in your body.
As soon as you book the test, our UK based Doctor will book an initial pre-consultation telephone call with you, to understand your medical history and reason for the test. Our Doctor will also discuss with you the risks and benefits associated with the test. If for whatever reason, our Doctor feels you are not suitable for the test or you are not willing to proceed, you will be issued a refund.
We will then organise a testing kit to be delivered to you, to take to your clinic appointment at LivingCare, which includes all the required paperwork and equipment to complete your sample.
After your appointment, the blood sample and forms must be sent back to the laboratory for analysis. Results are typically returned within 2-3 weeks (12 working days is stated by the lab from receipt of the sample).
Our test can identify a wide range of solid organ cancers (cancers which affect organs, rather than blood) including:
