During Your Appointment
Medical experts conduct testing in a calm, clean, and professional environment. Diagnostics may include advanced imaging, physiological testing and specialist assessments. The appointment can last up to six hours, depending on the agreed package.
After Your Appointment
The athlete will go home once all tests are complete. The LivingCare team will process results and compile them into a clear report. Where required, findings are reviewed collaboratively across specialities to ensure accuracy and consistency.
The tests are considered safe. The healthcare team will discuss any specific risks tailored to the athlete and the tests.

A pre-signing medical typically includes a combination of medical history review, physical examination and diagnostic testing. Depending on the agreed scope, this may involve advanced imaging such as MRI or CT scans, cardiac screening, blood profiling, respiratory testing, vision assessment and specialist review.
The length of a pre-signing medical depends on the tests included. Most assessments are completed within half a day, although more comprehensive packages can take up to six hours.
All results are reviewed by experienced medical specialists, with imaging interpreted by consultant radiologists. Where appropriate, results can be discussed collaboratively with a club’s medical or performance team to ensure accuracy and clinical context.
