Mr Aaron Quyn

Mr Aaron Quyn is an Associate Professor and Consultant Colorectal Surgeon at St James’s Hospital, Leeds, with extensive experience in diagnostic colonoscopy and the management of colorectal cancer. Over his career, he has performed several thousand colonoscopies, developing a reputation for careful, thorough examinations and a calm, patient-centred approach. His endoscopic practice includes cancer surveillance and the assessment of symptomatic patients, forming a key part of his clinical work.

Alongside his clinical practice, Mr Quyn is actively involved in colorectal research and leads a programme focused on improving outcomes for patients with colorectal cancer. He contributes to multicentre clinical trials and collaborative studies, with particular interests in postoperative function, quality of life and the optimisation of cancer pathways.
