From our patient feedback over 97% of patients would recommend us to friends and family. This is something we are incredibly proud of. One of the regular comments is how patients want to see increase of availability out of hours. We have always held clinics on a Wednesday evening and have been offering more on a Saturday. We are expanding this offer throughout the whole week.
As our patients lead busier lives and the continuous balance of work, life and home becomes tighter we want to be able offer availability which meets all needs of individuals.
Over the last few months we have been speaking with patients, GPs and Doctors around how we can improve our services, and how do we make our services meet our changing patient requirements. Patients have very vocally said that they want services to be open in evenings and weekends. So this is what LivingCare are doing.
Less and less of our patients are wanting to take time away from work for outpatient tests and diagnostics. They want to be able to fit these around their lifestyles, with minimum hassle.
That is why we are proud to be providing a greater number of appointments in evenings across our NHS and our Private Patient lists.
We feel its time that the traditional NHS services of 9-6 move away and that we make our care proactive, responsive and effective. We are providing our services from 8am until 8pm Monday until Saturday.

All our services will be provided Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm at Thorpe Park Clinic, Leeds. We will be moving to increased availability across Northgate Surgery and Fountain Medical Centre in the coming weeks.
