LivingCare can provide your employee health and wellbeing check-ups, offer your team the choice of our health check-ups, for their total peace of mind.

We will look at your employee's current health, wellbeing and fitness with a bespoke health check-up, and we’ll also discussing their medical history and lifestyle to assess our approach to improving their health and wellbeing. We will ensure that your team have a range of support and a bespoke action plan to ensure that they can improve their health and wellbeing.

Our team have years of experience in general practice, occupational health, counselling and MSK issues. They will be here for your employees ensuring that they have the specialist help they need to be effective at work.

We will ensure that your employee will be seen within 24 working hours for an appointment, and within 5 days for any treatment within LivingCare services.

We fully understand that individuals need to get a medical whether it be for a new career or whether it’s a renewal to continue in the role that you are doing.

Here at LivingCare we recognise that a medical costs you money and time. We ensure that getting a medical is as easy as possible.

We can undertake medicals for travel, for sports certification and many other requirements. Upon your request we will ask a few questions and ensure that you have a bespoke medical to ensure that you have the certifications that are appropriate to your request.

How we work with you

We will allocate you a Patient Coordinator and they will work with you to ensure your package of care is appropriate to your company. We want your package to include procedures and tests that will be used or useful to you and your colleagues. Your allocated patient coordinator will liaise with your point of contact to take referrals, bookings and enquiries. They will ensure that all your staff are welcomed at our clinic, checked in, appropriate forms are completed and that your staff have time to relax before their appointment or procedures. We believe prevention is better than reaction therefore as part of our retained packages our patient coordinator will liaise with your company over any health and wellbeing initiatives you wish to run across your company.

Our level of service

Regardless of package we aim to see all patients within 2 working days. We can see patients on a Saturday for the majority of treatments and procedures. We will always respond to any requests on the same working day, and we will confirm an appointment on the same working day. All our services are strictly regulated by the Care Quality Commission for care provision in England.

Payment plans

We have three payment options for our care:

  • Retainment basis: We charge a non-refundable monthly fee for healthcare provision as a “credit” against this you will be charged for your treatments and packages over the month. We provide 15% discount against all treatments and packages. The monthly fee is based on employee numbers. Any procedures undertaken which are above the monthly fee will be charged with the discount but will be invoiced separately. The monthly fee can be accrued over the year, but must be used by the end of the contract year.
  • Pay as you go basis: We charge you the fees on a ‘as and when’ basis. We have three tiers where as you spend more, there is a greater discount on our services and packages
  • Employee per head cost: We will work out on a per head basis a fee per month which will essentially create a monthly premium where we will undertake the amount of activity throughout the year and there will be no further charges based on a fair usage policy. (Where activity exceeds 35% more than expected charges will be applied.) This includes our Workplace Health and Wellbeing campaigns and activity promotion.


All our private services are held at Thorpe Park Clinic; our purpose built modern facility based in Colton, Leeds.


Patients access the service from across the whole of West Yorkshire to come to our facility.  The clinic hosts a range of services that are available on the NHS and through our Private Patient Pathway.  The facility has a state of the art 3T Wide Bore MRI Scanner, X Ray and Ultrasound provision. It hosts fantastic services across many NHS Pathways. 

Thorpe Park Clinic is fully accessible, has transport routes from all over Leeds.  We welcome all referrals into Thorpe Park Clinic from across West Yorkshire.
