Lease Terms
21 year internal repairing lease. The landlord is responsible for external repairs, the cost of which is included in the rent and not recovered by a service charge. Flexible lease terms negotiable.

Rent Reviews
Rent reviews take place every 3 years, but do not exceed the District Valuer valuation.

Alienation
Subletting of whole or part is permitted subject to Landlord’s consent which is not to be unreasonably withheld.

GP Partnership Change
A GP partnership change is permitted without ongoing liability to the outgoing partner, subject to a minimum number of signatures on the lease at all times.
